Bar Service:
At Pumba, we have a Bush Bar at both the main lodge and day centre. Both are fully stocked with a wide selection of local and international drinks. A mini-bar and fridge are provided in each cottage. All local beers, ciders, soft drinks and house wines are complimentary. You are invited to freely browse through the vintage wine cellar.

Cuisine:
Mealtimes offer a culinary voyage of a lifetime with expertly prepared meals, cordon bleu style, with a selection of wines served in either the restaurant, which has a centrally located fireplace, or on the terrace deck, overlooking the lake. Meals can be served in various locations, such as the central dining room, main decks, starlit boma or in the privacy of your cottage. Private candlelit-dinners can be arranged to create a romantic ambience. The mealtimes gives you the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy fine cuisine and the beautiful African landscapes, and later the magic African star-lit sky !!

Curios Shop:
You may want to visit the curio-shop to take home a little piece of Africa. They are situated at both the main lodge and the day center, and stock local-made curios & artworks, clothing, postcards and general items such as films and sunscreen.

Game experience:
While at Pumba, you are invited to enter the wildlife world of adventure, where the Big Five and an amazing variety of other animals awaits you. Anything from the elusive Leopard to the mighty Eland (Africa’s biggest antelope) can be expected on your South Africa safari. You will marvel at over 200 species of birds and experience other intimate encounters with fauna and flora.
Your African safari is enjoyed even better from Pumba's specially designed open Landrovers, with elevated seating and adequate protection from the elements. The experienced game rangers will take you on an adventure, to view the Big Five, 22 species of antelope and a myriad of birdlife in their natural environment.
Guided bush tracking are offered for those wishing to experience a more intimate relationship with the game, the fauna and flora. The game rangers will give informal tuition regarding the procedures to be adhered to on the guided walks. There are game-viewing hides where you will be escorted, and the game ranger will answer any questions you might have about the wildlife encountered.

Africa’s Big Five consist of the lion (including the white lion), elephant, buffalo, white rhino and leopard. The leopard tends to be quite elusive, so if you do not see him while on your safari, you will have guaranteed viewing them in the specially designed leopard camp.
