IMPORTANT – General Terms & Conditions *:

• This is a quotation only and only provisional enquiries have been made.  A confirmed booking can only be made once ANA Safari receives notice thereof in writing.  An invoice will be issued on confirmation, and a deposit payment equivalent to 25% of the total tour cost must be received by ANA Safari.  The balance of the tour cost will be due 6 weeks prior to the clients departure date.
• This quotation is subject to availability of all specified properties and other services upon confirmation and payment of booking.  ANA Safari reserves the right to amend the prices in the event, that the quoted properties and services are not available, and alternative or more expensive accommodations need to be sourced.  The prices are based on the quoted number of persons traveling, and any changes to this will have to be re-costed.
• ANA Safari reserves the right to amend this quotation due to price fluctuations, such as they apply to flights, fuel prices, entrance fees, currency exchange rates and other factors beyond our control.  All additional costs will be invoiced to the clients.
• All bookings made with ANA Safari are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the local tour operator, a copy of which is available on request.
• Please take note of the services quoted under “Inclusive of” and “Exclusive of”.  Unless otherwise stated, all quotations made by ANA Safari do not include international flights, personal and other insurances, and specific language guides or translation services.
• All prices quoted include tax, the payments are due in full and all bank charges are on the clients own account.
• ANA Safari acts as an agent only for all local tour operators in southern Africa, national- and international airlines, and accordingly does not accept any liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, delays, injuries or accidents or any other irregularities howsoever arising.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:

before 6 weeks prior to arrival: 20% of total tour cost (withheld from paid deposit)

between 2 – 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total tour cost

less than 2 weeks prior to arrival & 'no show': min. 80% of total tour cost (depending on local tour operator terms & conditions).

• We strongly recommend, that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurances, including medical cover, cancellation and curtailment cover, as this is not included in the offer.  ANA Safari can arrange for the clients personal insurance cover separately, through the services of the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
• The responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations and the like, where required for a specific region or area, is that of the clients alone.  ANA Safari shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the clients failure to ensure that they have complied with all such requirements for the different regions.
