IMPORTANT – General Terms & Conditions *:

• This is a quotation only and only provisional enquiries have been made.  A confirmed booking can only be made once African Nature Adventure receives notice thereof in writing.  An invoice will be issued on confirmation, and a deposit payment equivalent to 35% of the total tour cost must be received by African Nature Adventure.  The balance of the tour cost will be due 6 weeks prior to the clients departure date.
• This quotation is subject to availability of all specified properties and other services upon confirmation and payment of booking.  African Nature Adventure reserves the right to amend the prices in the event, that the quoted properties and services are not available, and alternative or more expensive accommodations need to be sourced.  The prices are based on the quoted number of persons traveling, and any changes to this will have to be re-costed.
• African Nature Adventure reserves the right to amend this quotation due to price fluctuations, such as they apply to flights, fuel prices, entrance fees, currency exchange rates and other factors beyond our control.  All additional costs will be invoiced to the clients.
• All bookings made with African Nature Adventure are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the local tour operator, a copy of which is available on request.
• Please take note of the services quoted under “Inclusive of” and “Exclusive of”.  Unless otherwise stated, all quotations made by African Nature Adventure do not include international flights, personal and other insurances, and specific language guides or translation services.
• All prices quoted are net, the payments are due in full and all bank charges are on the clients own account.
• African Nature Adventure acts as an agent only for all local tour operators, national- and international airlines, and accordingly does not accept any liability whatsoever for any losses, damages, delays, injuries or accidents or any other irregularities howsoever arising.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:

before 6 weeks prior to arrival: 20% of total tour cost (withheld from paid deposit)

between 2 – 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total tour cost

less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of total tour cost

• We strongly recommend, that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurances, including medical cover, cancellation and curtailment cover, as this is not included in the offer.  African Nature Adventure can arrange for the clients personal insurance cover separately, through the services of the “Europäische Reiseversicherung”.
• The responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations and the like, where required for a specific region or area, is that of the clients alone.  African Nature Adventure shall not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the clients failure to ensure that they have complied with all such requirements for the different regions.
